CNC Machinist
Our Machining shop operates 7 days per week and we can offer flexible work arrangements including even time roster.
We are seeking an experienced machinist to join our team operating the latest CNC technology. You will be working within a progressive engineering company that manufactures for a variety of industries. You will be required to set and run machines and be responsible for the overall operation of the machine, it’s productivity and the standard of work produced. As a machinist you will have a high regard for quality and safety and understand the importance of following company policies and procedures to maintain this standard.
Skills required include: Experience on CNC machines, trade certificate, time management skills, high regard for safety, good attention to detail, ability to follow quality processes.
Workshop Manager
We are currently seeking a Workshop Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. You will be responsible for coordinating fabrication and machining operations within a dynamic jobbing shop environment, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld. This hands-on leadership role involves supervising workshop staff, maintaining compliance with safety and environmental protocols, and driving continuous improvement across operations. You will play a key role in delivering projects efficiently, safely, and in alignment with industry standards including ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 3834.
Skills required include: minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in a fabrication or machining workshop, strong understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes, demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities, high attention to detail, and a solid understanding of WHS protocols and quality management systems.Join a team where collaboration thrives, innovation drives every job, and your growth is supported through career development opportunities.
